In Short

• Join the Customer Success Team as a Customer Development Representative.
• Work remotely across Europe, ideally based in Germany.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the existing customer portfolio.
• Initiate contact with new stakeholders and explain the value of our solutions.
• Build strong, trustworthy relationships with stakeholders.
• Develop growth strategies with the KAM and CSM teams.
• Support the creation of targeted proposals to provide real value to customers.

Requirements

• Experience as a Customer Development Representative, Customer Success Manager, Key Account Manager, or Business Development Manager.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships quickly.
• Hands-on and self-responsible work ethic.
• Ability to attract new stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills to manage projects effectively.
• Fluent in German (native-level), French (native-level), and English.
