  • Enhance InfluxDB Cloud offering using automation tools.
  • Develop solutions using SQL, Python, and Golang.
  • Participate in on-call rotation for the SaaS product.
  • Communicate recurring issues with team members.

Requirements

  • Experience in a customer-facing technical support role.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Empathy for people facing technical challenges.
  • 5+ years of technical work experience.
  • Knowledge in database concepts and Linux based CLIs.
  • Expertise in SQL, Python, R, or similar languages.
  • Proficiency with AWS, Azure, GCP, and Kubernetes.
  • Familiarity with system monitoring tools.
  • Experience with Git or version control systems.
  • Bonus points for software development experience in Golang or Rust.
