Overview

The Learning Program Manager – Sales & Field Services is responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive learning and development strategy to equip employees with the skills they need to excel in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Experience in facilitating leadership training.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
