The Learning Program Manager (LPM) will play a pivotal role in managing a portfolio of enterprise-wide leadership development programs, empowering leadership effectiveness across Autodesk and aligning with our enterprise-wide talent development strategy.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in learning program management.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields.
  • Experience with various learning modalities.
  • Experience with learning management systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools.
  • Knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design.
  • Awareness of trends in leadership development.
