The Director of Advocacy Enablement at Included Health will lead a team focused on training, knowledge enablement, and quality coaching to enhance member care and ensure exceptional support for healthcare navigation.

  • Travel up to 10-20% as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
  • 5-7 years of experience in a leadership role.
  • Experience in healthcare or related regulated industry preferred.
  • Expertise in strategy and execution across multiple disciplines.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and executive coaching skills.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for improving health outcomes.
