Overview

The Compensation Associate at Huron will support various aspects of compensation, collaborating with the compensation team to assist in developing and monitoring pay programs.

In Short

  • Provide day-to-day compensation support and ad-hoc modeling.
  • Support compensation tasks in Workday.
  • Lead the compensation due diligence process for mergers and acquisitions.
  • Assist in administering annual compensation processes.
  • Conduct compensation benchmarking studies.
  • Partner with finance to audit employee bonus accruals.
  • Ensure high levels of customer service and integrity.

  • Utilize strong analytical skills for compensation analysis.
  • Maintain ethical standards in all compensation activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 2-3 years of experience in compensation roles.
  • Strong math and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with compensation design in complex organizations.
  • Knowledge of accounting and finance implications of compensation.
  • Client service mindset.
  • Experience with Workday’s compensation modules preferred.
