Overview

The Operations Associate will support the Resource Management team in a corporate consulting environment, focusing on process-related functions and project management.

In Short

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in project management and process design.
  • Experience in resource management or HR preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Experience with Visio, SharePoint, and Workday preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to meet deadlines.
