Overview

The Technology & Data Associate in Resource Management will work collaboratively with stakeholders to deliver data-informed insights and solutions that optimize resource utilization and support career development.

In Short

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements.
• Design and maintain reports using data analysis tools.
• Develop and maintain Workday and PowerBI reports.
• Create business applications using low-code/no-code platforms.
• Handle ad-hoc reporting requests and escalate business reporting needs.
• Document business requirements and test system enhancements.
• Engage in cross-functional collaboration with IT.
• Develop and deliver training related to resource management technologies.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives.
• Manage project plans for RM Technology & Data projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of related experience in reporting and data analysis.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with PowerBI, Visio, Smartsheets, and SharePoint.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data management tools.
• Ability to translate data into meaningful insights.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects.
• Self-motivated and able to meet deadlines.
• Interest in a dynamic setting with time-sensitive priorities.
