Overview

The Director, Digital Operations leads a team responsible for financial and operational planning for the $700MM Digital Services portfolio, overseeing and developing Capability Operations Business Partners to deliver decision-ready insights.

• Lead a team of ~6 fully remote Capability Operations Business Partners.
• Oversee financial and operational planning for Digital Services.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
• 10+ years of experience in operation management or FP&A.
• 3+ years of experience leading teams in complex environments.
• Strong background in financial and operational management.
• Professional services or consulting experience preferred.
• Ability to influence senior leaders without direct authority.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Continuous improvement mindset.
• Comfort with driving change.
