Overview

The Director, Digital HUB Operations is responsible for overseeing digital hub services and processes within the company’s eServices products, managing teams, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Requirements

• College degree preferred.
• Minimum seven years of experience in healthcare and pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience in a management role with client interaction.
• Strong customer/client management and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and strong decision-making capabilities.
• Technical skills with large data files and database tools.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
