Overview

The Technology & Data Senior Associate will play a key role in Huron's Resource Management team, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver data-driven insights and optimize resource allocation.

In Short

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements.
• Design and maintain reports using data analysis tools.
• Test new reports and dashboards for accuracy.
• Develop and manage Workday and PowerBI reports.
• Create business applications using low-code/no-code platforms.
• Document business requirements and assist with system enhancements.
• Engage in cross-functional collaboration with IT.
• Deliver training on resource management technologies.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
• Support overall resource management functions as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of experience in reporting and data analysis.
• Experience in resource management or staffing preferred.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with PowerBI, Visio, Smartsheets, and SharePoint.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data management tools.
• Ability to translate data into business insights.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Self-motivated and able to meet deadlines.
