Improvado is seeking a passionate Junior Automation Engineer to join their technology team, focusing on AI and automation to enhance internal workflows and IT operations.

In Short

Assist in automating internal workflows using AI and no-code/low-code platforms.
Support integration and maintenance tasks across tools like Google Workspace, Jira, and Notion.
Work on building and improving agentic AI systems using tools like LangChain and CrewAI.
Help maintain basic InfoSec operations, including access controls and security monitoring.
Collaborate with technical leads to prototype automations and AI agents.
Curious and proactive about AI automation.
Comfortable with Python and/or JavaScript for automating workflows.
Familiarity with Firebase and cloud tools is a plus.
Solid communication skills for working in a remote environment.
Opportunity for fast growth into a more senior role.

Requirements

Interest in LLMs, AI agents, and automation.
Experience with tools like LangChain or OpenAI is beneficial.
Basic understanding of IT systems and APIs.
Experience in security and compliance basics is a nice to have.
Previous remote work experience is a plus.
