Overview

Improvado is seeking a passionate Junior Automation Engineer to join their technology team, focusing on AI and automation to enhance internal workflows and IT operations.

In Short

• Assist in automating internal workflows using AI and no-code/low-code platforms.
• Support integration and maintenance tasks across tools like Google Workspace, Jira, and Notion.
• Work on building and improving agentic AI systems using tools like LangChain and CrewAI.
• Help maintain basic InfoSec operations, including access controls and security monitoring.
• Collaborate with technical leads to prototype automations and AI agents.
• Curious and proactive about AI automation.
• Comfortable with Python and/or JavaScript for automating workflows.
• Familiarity with Firebase and cloud tools is a plus.
• Solid communication skills for working in a remote environment.

Requirements

• Interest in LLMs, AI agents, and automation.
• Experience with tools like LangChain or OpenAI is beneficial.
