This position focuses on identifying new partners, enabling them for success, and supporting sales and customer success teams with insights and opportunities.

In Short

  • Contribute to the growth of Impact.com’s ecosystem of partners.
  • Identify new channel partner profiles and deliver enablement.
  • Monitor and respond to inbound partner inquiries within 24 hours.
  • Nurture new partnerships from initial engagement to established relationships.
  • Deliver tailored enablement on affiliate and influencer marketing.
  • Ensure data hygiene on channel partner records.
  • Own emerging partner touchpoints to set KPIs.
  • Support business reviews and meetings with established partners.
  • Network and establish relationships with partners.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Sales teams for recommendations.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of Affiliate and/or Influencer experience.
  • Moderate experience using SaaS products.
  • Moderate knowledge of Impact.com products.
  • Understanding of competitor technology and business models.
  • Knowledge of the UK performance marketing agency landscape.
  • Experience with Salesforce.
  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • Familiarity with Google Suite.
