Overview

As a Paralegal at Imagine Pediatrics, you will play a key role in supporting legal operations and ensuring compliance in a dynamic healthcare environment focused on children with special health care needs.

In Short

• Assist in corporate governance and manage corporate records.
• Prepare and file business entity formations and regulatory documents.
• Develop and maintain a centralized database of corporate entities.
• Administer the contract lifecycle management system.
• Prepare legal correspondence and support contract negotiations.
• Draft agency filings and support inquiries from regulators.
• Maintain the legal department’s form agreements library.
• Support general counsel on regulatory and healthcare matters.
• Conduct legal research and assist with special projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; paralegal certificate preferred.
• 3-5+ years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in corporate and healthcare.
• Knowledge of corporate governance and regulatory compliance.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive problem-solver who works independently.
