• You will be the founding internal recruiter for Clarity Pediatrics.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in healthcare recruitment.
• Experience with Pediatricians, Nurse Practitioners, Psychologists or Therapists is a plus.
• 6-10 years of work experience.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• High degree of professionalism in communication.
• Ability to meet deadlines and targets.
• Comfortable with analytics and hiring tools.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to make a difference.
