Business Operations Associate - Remote

Overview

As a Business Operations Associate with Imagine Pediatrics, you will work with the General Manager and Market Medical Director on driving operational efficiencies through data analytics and KPI monitoring.

In Short

• Utilize data to help drive day-to-day operational effectiveness and efficiencies
• Performance monitoring of KPIs and other performance indicators
• Assist with scheduling optimization
• Support and contribute to business analytics projects and processes
• Ad-hoc report building and review of Tableau reports
• Assessment and distribution of key data points to various roles within the market
• Present analysis to market leadership and other stakeholders
• Work with the clinical operations as needed, including working directly with clinicians, nurses, care team assistants and schedulers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 2+ years of operations analyst experience
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
• Ability to quickly learn and effectively use different software, applications, or operating systems
• Strong interpersonal, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• A track record of working with leadership on high-priority assignments and projects; exceptional presentation skills.
• Exceptional spoken and written communication skills
