The Business Operations Associate will engage in a variety of tasks to support the foundation's mission of enhancing public infrastructure for the Internet and financial systems. The role involves meticulous data handling, financial management, and operational efficiency.

• Providing support for the Fluxx grants management system.
• Performing system maintenance and updates.
• Handling ad hoc business operations tasks as needed.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in financial operations or administrative support.
• Proficiency in database management and data entry.
• Familiarity with grants management processes.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Experience with Fluxx or similar software is a plus.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience with Airtable.
• Familiarity with banking operations and AR/AP processes.
