Senior Sales Engineer - Remote

In Short

• Develop and nurture both technical and executive relationships across the territory.
• Effectively present solutions via live presentations and remote webinars.
• Uncover the customer’s desired business outcomes.
• Deliver powerful demos driven by use cases and customer stories.
• Support deal progression and POVs as needed.
• Author blog posts and thought-leading pieces on behalf of Illumio.
• Assist partners in their enablement pursuits and on deals.

Requirements

• 10+ years of industry experience with at least 5 years in a pre-sales capacity.
• Expert knowledge in cloud migration strategies and services offered by major CSPs.
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Development or scripting experience preferred.
• Industry certifications preferred (e.g., CISSP, CCSP).
• Knowledge of risk-based security assessments and frameworks.
• Experience administering Windows and Linux.
• Outstanding presentation skills.
• Ability to connect customer problems to Illumio’s solutions.
