• Partner with leaders across multiple departments to drive progress and maintain accountability.
• Develop and maintain clear program charters and project plans.
• Identify process and communication gaps and drive improvements.
• Serve as a program manager for strategic customer engagements.
• Establish consistent communication and governance frameworks.
• Ensure timely delivery of customer programs with clear ownership.
• Document a scalable approach to program management.
• Coordinate across departments to manage dependencies and risks.
• Support leadership in tracking progress against strategic priorities.

Requirements

• 7+ years of program or project management experience in a technology company.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proven experience managing complex initiatives.
• Skilled at building structure in dynamic environments.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or project management tools is a plus.
