Overview

As a State Program Manager at Edmentum, you will help execute strategies that ensure alignment with state requirements and support business success through effective program coordination.

In Short

• Support the execution of state program strategies and initiatives
• Maintain and improve documentation for adoptions, grants, and standards alignment
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with state requirements
• Monitor education policy and share insights with stakeholders
• Track program data and support reporting and compliance efforts
• Assist in resolving issues and escalating risks when needed

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in program coordination or project management
• Familiarity with state and federal education policy
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Clear communication and collaboration skills
• Comfortable interpreting policy and applying it to operations
• Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Committed to continuous improvement and learning
• Passionate about education and equity
• Willing to take on evolving responsibilities based on business needs
