Overview

HackerOne is looking for a Senior Sales Engineer to join a fast-growing company that is bringing a fresh and disruptive approach to information security. You will partner directly with Account Executives and Channel Partners to successfully prospect and sell into specific accounts where your technical and domain expertise makes the difference.

In Short

  • Partner with the sales team to provide technical and domain expertise for specific opportunities.
  • Develop and deliver demonstrations of the HackerOne platform tailored to specific customer needs.
  • Own the technology evaluation stage of the sales process.
  • Develop documentation and workflows for customer implementation plans.
  • Lead tailored product workshops in key accounts.
  • Analyze feature requests and provide feedback to product teams.
  • Support marketing by evangelizing HackerOne at events.
  • Stay updated on industry news and developments.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of pre-sales experience with Enterprise customers.
  • 2+ years of security experience in a SaaS product.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Passionate about technical sales.
  • Ability to synthesize feedback into actionable feature requests.
  • Self-motivated and creative problem solver.
  • Willingness to travel up to 40% for customer visits.
  • Conversational Mandarin.
