Overview

As a CRM Engineer at iKhokha, you will enhance our HubSpot setup and streamline business processes through automation and data management.

In Short

• Supercharge HubSpot to support business process automation.
• Integrate data and automate workflows across marketing, sales, and service functions.
• Monitor data flow and ensure data hygiene between systems.
• Create dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights.
• Support internal HubSpot users and conduct training sessions.
• Identify and automate inefficient processes.
• Collaborate with teams to deliver CRM features and integrations.
• Conduct tests and QA checks on CRM configurations.
• Research new HubSpot features to enhance CRM capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• 5+ years of experience with HubSpot CRM and its modules.
• Experience with Snowflake and SQL reporting.
• Proficiency in API integrations and data management.
• Hands-on experience with Omni-channel configurations.
• Technical skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Strong project management and collaboration skills.
