• You will build new technologies and maintain existing systems within the FinTech space, focusing on delivering high-quality user interfaces.
• You will provide technical leadership, ensuring engineering excellence in all user-facing deliverables.
• You will work in an Agile environment within a collaborative cross-functional team.
• You will develop polished user-facing features using React.js, HTML5, CSS.
• You will maintain high implementation standards across the engineering team.
• You will mentor team members to develop technical skills and attention to implementation quality.
• You will ensure that code adheres to engineering principles and standards.
• You will maintain documentation and ensure effective communication with stakeholders.
• You will share knowledge with the engineering team.
• You will ensure high code coverage through unit testing.

Requirements

• A degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in front-end development.
• High proficiency in React.js and mentoring others.
• Advanced HTML5 and CSS experience.
• Experience with modern frontend animation techniques.
• Strong attention to detail in translating designs to code.
• Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Experience with version control systems like GitHub.
• Experience in technical leadership and code reviews.
