In Short

• Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Frontend Developer
• Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5 and CSS3
• Experience with front-end development tools such as Webpack, NPM, etc
• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable front-end code using TypeScript, Next.js and ReactJS
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
• Participate in code reviews and understand best practices
• Work in a results-oriented culture with 90-day plans

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in frontend development
• Strong coding skills and a desire to learn
• Ability to tackle unknown problems effectively
• Understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues
• Experience with TypeScript, Next.js, and ReactJS
• Ability to mentor junior developers
• Experience in optimizing applications for speed
• Ability to collaborate with various teams
• Experience with modern frontend tools and libraries
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes
