Overview

As a Customer Success & Growth Manager, you will be the central contact for our practices, actively contributing to expanding and retaining our existing customers.

In Short

  • You will strategically manage our customers, developing genuine partnerships.
  • Identify revenue potentials in existing accounts and implement upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Develop scalable processes for customer support to enhance efficiency, quality, and growth.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams, systematically incorporating customer feedback.
  • Support customer onboarding during peak times or in the absence of team members.
  • Contribute to campaigns, webinars, and events.
  • Help turn users into fans through an excellent customer journey.

Requirements

  • Very good German language skills (C2 level or native).
  • Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales, ideally in the digital or SaaS environment.
  • Strong communication skills – convincing, empathetic, and reliable.
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and a desire to actively shape processes and growth.
  • Experience with onboarding or change management is an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel for selected customer appointments or events (few days/month).
