In Short

  • Drive customer acquisition through SaaS software bookings and ARR growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to win SaaS business.
  • Engage with key stakeholders within existing and target accounts.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to win and expand customer accounts.
  • Deliver accurate forecasting and on-time delivery of new business bookings.
  • Proven track record of closing new enterprise SaaS deals over $1M ARR.
  • Engage C-Suite decision makers to influence customer strategy.
  • Good understanding of the challenges across the R&D or manufacturing lifecycle.
  • Experience in Pharmaceutical and life sciences sales is a plus.
  • Utilize the Challenger sales methodology for strategic account growth.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of senior sales experience.
  • Ability to create opportunities in complex sales cycles (12–18 months).
  • Demonstrable track record of delivering against sales targets.
  • Experience in engaging with large strategic accounts.
  • Scientific background in Biology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Chemistry, or Process Engineering is a plus.
