Field Inspection Specialist – Insulation and Air Sealing Energy Efficiency Programs - Remote

Overview

The Field Inspection Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of insulation and air sealing jobs within energy efficiency programs, conducting inspections and coordinating QA activities.

• Conduct post installation field inspections at residential facilities.
• Assist in the development and implementation of QA/QC programs.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Energy Efficiency, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in utility, energy efficiency, or HVAC.
• Valid driver’s license and able to pass MVR check.
• Ability to lift boxes up to 30 pounds.
• Knowledge of energy efficient technologies preferred.
• BPI Analyst or HERS Rater certification is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office Applications.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish or Mandarin preferred.
• Sound business ethics and confidentiality.
