Overview

The Abnormal marketing team has an immediate opening for a Field and Channel Marketing Program Specialist who is dynamic, energetic, and organized, and has in-depth experience building relationships and engaging with channel partners, sales, marketing, and sales and marketing operations.

In Short

  • Work closely with Sales and Sales Development reps to support GTM activities.
  • Align with local field marketer on planned marketing events in the UK.
  • Develop and execute effective field marketing programmes.
  • Partner with the channel team to create engaging programs.
  • Manage campaigns in Salesforce.com and ensure proper lead tracking.
  • Measure success of programs via analytics and reporting.
  • Communicate with the sales organization on marketing activities.
  • Build process and automation to improve efficiency.
  • Monitor and update events calendar and team meetings.
  • Lead special efforts and projects as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or Business.
  • High-tech B2B marketing experience, preferably in cybersecurity.
  • Experience in a B2B marketing organization.
  • Understanding of channel/partner marketing environment.
  • Comfortable executing through periods of ambiguity.
  • Metrics-driven manager with a passion for proving marketing results.
  • Self-driven, problem-solver with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with Marketo, Asana, Outreach i.o., and Salesforce.com preferred.
