Requirements

• Experience with ServiceNow modules like GRC, SPM, and ITSM.
• Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle methodologies.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen due to federal contract requirements.
• Ability to obtain DHS Public Trust clearance.
• Experience in an Agile environment preferred.
• Strong scripting skills in JavaScript and GlideScript.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and IT Service Management principles.
