Overview

As an Associate ServiceNow Developer at DTCC, you will work on innovative projects, collaborate with a dynamic team, and contribute to the development and support of ServiceNow products.

In Short

• Part of the Engineering team responsible for ServiceNow products.
• Assist in development and implementation of applications using ServiceNow.
• Develop integrations and workflows using various ServiceNow capabilities.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and product managers.
• Support execution of releases and product upgrades.
• Provide 2nd level ServiceNow support and resolve incidents.
• Perform peer reviews on team members' work.
• Effective communication skills required.
• Experience in onshore/offshore team environments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience, 3+ years in ServiceNow.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge in IT Service Management and CMDB.
• 2+ years of experience with JavaScript, HTML, AngularJS, REST APIs.
• Familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with ServiceNow Platform/Scripting/APIs.
• Certifications: ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) and Application Development (CAD).
