Overview

ICF is seeking a Business Operations Specialist to support the ongoing operations of justice, research, and victim service programs, working closely with project managers and corporate services.

In Short

• Coordinate with corporate services like purchasing and accounts payable.
• Host and facilitate training webinars and meetings.
• Support project tasks for the Project Director and other specialists.
• Manage ongoing operations for justice and victim service programs.
• 5+ years of experience in administration and business operations.
• Experience with state/federal agencies and community organizations.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated and resourceful.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with colleagues and clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years’ experience in administration and business operations.
• 5+ years’ experience with state/federal agencies/community organizations.
• US Citizenship required per federal contract.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Able to follow up on tasks independently.
• Excellent customer service skills.
