In Short

• iCapital is looking to hire a Vice President to manage relationships with Fund Administrator service providers.
• This role supports iCapital’s International Product Development team and global expansion.
• Focus on managing, developing, and maintaining third-party partnerships.
• Responsible for delivering and supporting iCapital’s technology and servicing solutions.
• Create strategic business plans for operational coverage of service providers.
• Identify and execute business opportunities for collaboration.
• Serve as a senior relationship stakeholder for partnership management.
• Collaborate with management for vendor reporting requirements.
• Organize quarterly meetings with partners to review relationship status.
• Work in the office four days with flexibility to work remotely one day.

Requirements

• Detailed knowledge of the alternative fund administrator function and regulatory landscape.
• 8+ years of experience in business development or relationship management.
• Strong commercial knowledge of industry standards.
• Ability to build strong relationships and trust.
• Demonstrated project management and detail-orientation.
• Excellent communication skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• Entrepreneurial approach with problem-solving skills.
• Experience in a matrix global organization.
• Positive attitude and appetite for a fast-growing environment.
• Fluency in English required, other languages a positive.
