Tax Vice President - Remote

Overview

iCapital is looking to hire a Tax Vice President to join the Fund Finance Central Services team, responsible for managing U.S. tax compliance for various fund vehicles and ensuring timely tax reporting.

• Manage U.S. tax compliance for access funds.
• Coordinate with third-party tax preparers and administrators.
• Prepare supporting schedules for tax estimates and returns.
• Resolve complex tax issues with accounting and law firms.
• Ensure effective communication across departments.
• Respond to internal and external stakeholder requests.
• Review tax provision calculations and disclosures.
• Coordinate with taxing authorities for audits.
• Stay updated on tax regulations and contribute insights.
• Identify and lead process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• 7+ years of relevant experience.
• CPA or master’s degree in taxation is a plus.
• Comfortable with new systems and technology.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Passionate about representing the company with integrity.
