In Short

• Join the International Client Solutions Asia Pacific team at iCapital.
• Support business development activities focused on Banks, Wealth Managers, and Asset Managers.
• Maintain strong internal relationships across various teams.
• Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries.
• Manage onboarding of new clients and coordinate RFPs and DDQs.
• Update and maintain the CRM system.
• Perform administrative duties and support ad-hoc projects.
• Work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Fluent English is essential; additional Asian languages are a plus.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Solid academic credentials in a relevant field.
• 2 years of experience in Asset or Wealth Management preferred.
• Understanding of funds and alternative investments is highly preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Highly collaborative and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-growing environment.
• Fluent spoken and written English is essential.
