Overview

As a Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer at iBase-t, you will engage with Aerospace & Defense customers, using your expertise to drive revenue growth through effective technical demonstrations and strategic account management.

In Short

  • Partner with Sales Account Executives to drive revenue growth.
  • Lead product demonstrations and proof of concepts.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for customer needs.
  • Build relationships with CxO-level stakeholders.
  • Stay informed on MES/MRO and AI applications for A&D.
  • Support RFx processes and pricing strategies.
  • Contribute as a subject matter expert at industry events.
  • Provide feedback to Product Management on market trends.
  • Ensure smooth post-sale handoff to Customer Success teams.

Requirements

  • Experience as a Solution Engineer in A&D market.
  • Strong understanding of MES and MRO solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficient in translating customer needs into solutions.
