Overview

The Senior Project Manager (PM) is a strong and proven high-performing project leader responsible for managing and delivering complex to critical customer-facing projects, working with new and existing customers, and is responsible for owning and managing overall project activities. This role emphasizes a focus on Schedule, Quality and Cost while ensuring projects are delivered successfully and customer value is realized.

In Short

• Own and execute the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initiation through closure
• Engage and manage executive level relationships
• Lead high to critical complexity projects
• Establish and enforce PMO project governance structures
• Build collaborative relationships to increase customer recognition
• Forecast project-related resources utilization and revenues
• Oversee all activities throughout the project lifecycle
• Coordinate with Resource Managers for project staffing
• Provide frequent project health updates
• Facilitate resolution of escalations and project risks

• Proven experience in project management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
• Experience with project governance and PMO procedures
• Ability to mentor junior Project Managers
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in stakeholder management
• Knowledge of financial planning and budget management
• Ability to build and sustain client relationships
• Experience in risk management and issue resolution
