Senior Project Manager - Remote

Overview

The Senior Project Manager serves as the central point of contact and management for client projects and internal initiatives. The position interfaces with all areas and stakeholders of the project, including internal client delivery team members, end users (including company executives), distributors, and vendors. To succeed in this role, they must be able to blend technical competence with the ability to effectively manage several large high-priority projects concurrently under the general direction of the Project Director. Our client projects move quickly and require technical system knowledge to effectively understand and control the project scope, gauge appropriate level of effort, and plan adequate quality assurance. This includes coordinating Zuri project resources (consultants, business analysts, developers, etc.) and the client team to deliver projects on time, on budget, and to meet client expectations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of direct project management experience required.
• PMP and/or PMI additional certifications required.
• Strong knowledge of Project Management principles.
• Ability to collaborate with various teams and lead technical discussions.
• Familiarity with non-profit or higher education fundraising processes.
• Experience with SAAS or enterprise software consulting preferred.
• Highly analytical and technically proficient.
• Organized with the ability to manage complex workflows.
• Proficiency with Project Management and SDLC tools.
