Overview

GE HealthCare is seeking a hands-on, customer-focused Customer Success Team Lead to guide and support our Imaging Digital Solutions (IDS) Customer Success team, responsible for leading the team and engaging with critical customers to drive adoption, retention, and expansion.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency with customer success tools and CRM platforms.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare operations preferred.
