The Area Service Leader (ASL) will oversee the service operations for biomedical equipment within customer sites in the Dallas-Forth Worth Metro area, managing a team of 25+ biomedical technicians to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Ability to analyze and resolve problems effectively.
  • Established project management skills.
  • Technical experience and analytical thinking.
  • Ability to lead and develop team members.
  • Experience in customer support roles.
