Field Service Representative - Remote

Overview

The Field Service Representative (FSR) is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through service excellence and addressing the daily service repair needs of Diagnostic Imaging, Ultrasound, XRAY, and/or Nuclear Medicine.

In Short

• Drive customer satisfaction through service excellence.
• Perform technical service on equipment including maintenance and calibration.
• Maintain communication with customers to ensure resolution and follow-up.
• Manage repair parts cycle times to meet business targets.
• Participate in sales opportunities and assist with revenue programs.
• Must hold a valid Canadian driver's license.
• Frequent travel required, including international travel.
• Work independently and as part of a diverse team.
• Maintain tools and equipment to ensure proper calibration.
• Experience in servicing GE Healthcare equipment preferred.

Requirements

• Technical Diploma/Degree in Electronics or Biomedical Engineering.
• Proven track record in customer service and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to manage difficult customer situations effectively.
• Experience in Diagnostic Imaging service is a plus.
• Mechanical aptitude and expertise with hand tools.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Valid Canadian driver's license required.
• Flexibility to travel and stay overnight as necessary.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
