Field Service Representative - Remote

Overview

As a Field Service Representative at Rockwell Automation, you will provide customer support through on-site installation, troubleshooting, and repair of complex equipment and systems, while also serving as a liaison for administrative and technical matters.

In Short

• Provide on-site installation and support for complex systems.
• Evaluate and approve operational quality of system equipment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of experience in field engineering preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Experience with PLC programming and Rockwell's software.
• Knowledge of networks including EtherNet and ControlNet.
• Experience in managing teams and delivering presentations.
• Ability to travel frequently for customer support.
• Strong problem-solving skills and technical knowledge.
• Experience with Virtual Machine computing is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
