Overview

As a Digital Product Service & Support Engineer, you will provide support and training to colleagues globally, handle 3rd-line support for digital products, and assist with the rollout of digital solutions.

In Short

  • Train and support regional and local service engineers worldwide.
  • Provide 3rd line support to engineers and customers.
  • Manage resolution of complaints and quality issues.
  • Improve product knowledge base for knowledge sharing.
  • Develop training materials for sales and service representatives.
  • Support product launches and installations.
  • Onboard customers on the Digital Platform.
  • Troubleshoot and repair hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Document and track issues in the ticketing system.
  • Stay informed about emerging technologies.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Affinity with cloud platforms and vehicles.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with Linux systems.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel worldwide.
  • Team-oriented and creative personality.
  • Ability to work under stress.
  • Strong organizational skills.
