Overview

The Field Marketer 3 is responsible for driving demand with Hyland's named account model through strategic program development and execution of top-tier marketing experiences that create pipeline and drive alignment across revenue teams.As a Field Marketer you are responsible for supporting the field in developing and managing field-based demand generation programs and event campaigns to build awareness drive and nurture leads accelerating opportunities to close. This position will collaborate closely with Hyland’s sales leaders sales development representatives product marketing solution marketing and campaign marketing teams to plan and execute. This position will strategize closely with Hyland’s Plan Owner to define and develop field marketing strategy.

  • Collaborate with the demand generation team and sales leaders to develop regional marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals and objectives.
  • Design and execute regional field marketing campaigns and events to generate leads and accelerate pipeline growth.
  • Identify target accounts and develop tailored marketing programs to drive brand awareness.
  • Plan and oversee various world-class events ensuring impactful touchpoints.
  • Create pre-event and post-event engagement strategies to maximize lead conversion.
  • Develop high-impact account-based marketing programs using multi-channel digital strategies.
  • Work with sales leaders to ensure alignment on marketing priorities.
  • Manage the regional marketing budget to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs.
  • Track and analyze program performance, providing regular reporting on ROI.
  • Evaluate and manage vendors for local field marketing programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Three or more years in B2B marketing.
  • Two or more years of field marketing experience in Healthcare.
  • Proven record of customer experience focus in campaign planning.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing performance analytics.
  • Ability to manage projects to completion with oversight.
  • Self-motivated with strong collaboration skills.
