Overview

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Partner Marketing Manager to support our EMEA Partner Sales Teams by driving marketing engagement, strategy alignment, and execution. This role is ideal for a marketing professional with experience in technology and partner ecosystems, who excels at cross-functional collaboration and delivering measurable business impact.

 

In this role, you will develop and execute strategic marketing programs with business, technology, affiliate, and alliance partners to drive sales growth. You will collaborate closely with channel and alliance teams to understand partner-specific priorities and create high-value initiatives that generate pipeline for sales. Leading global partner marketing efforts, you will build programs that engage, educate, and enable partners to successfully sell and implement Hyland solutions. Working cross-functionally within marketing and alongside product and sales teams, you will enhance partner strategies, programs, and enablement tools while driving the development of partner communications and marketing initiatives to support company-wide sales and growth objectives. Additionally, you will ensure internal teams are informed and aligned on the partnership ecosystem to maximize success.

 

The ideal candidate has proven experience in partner marketing, technology marketing, or ecosystem marketing, with a strong track record of developing and executing marketing programs that drive business impact. You should possess excellent cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to align marketing initiatives with sales and product teams while developing compelling partner communications and enablement tools. Your goal in this role will be to make our partners highly successful in driving revenue for both their business and Hyland while strengthening our partner ecosystem.

In Short

  • Develop and Execute Partner Marketing Strategies: Formulate and implement marketing strategies focused on enabling partners to effectively sell Hyland products.
  • Align Regional and Global Marketing Plans: Contribute to regional marketing plans, ensuring they are in sync with overarching global priorities.
  • Manage EMEA Marketing Budget: Oversee and control the marketing budget within the EMEA region to ensure optimal allocation of resources.
  • Lead Partner Go-To-Market Initiatives: Own the partner go-to-market strategy, encompassing co-marketing programs and collaborative event planning to drive joint success.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams and Partners: Work closely with marketing, sales, product teams, and partner contacts to implement joint marketing initiatives.
  • Advocate for Partner Priorities: Champion partner interests and marketing initiatives within the organization to ensure alignment and support.
  • Align Marketing Programs with Sales Objectives: Facilitate the execution of partner marketing programs that align with sales team goals and objectives.
  • Cultivate Strong Relationships: Develop and maintain robust relationships with internal sales stakeholders and strategic partners within the EMEA ecosystem.
  • Report on Fund Allocation and ROI: Provide detailed reports on marketing fund allocations to demonstrate return on investment (ROI)
  • Utilize Data-Driven Decision Making: Employ data analytics to monitor program performance, optimize strategies, and ensure each initiative delivers measurable results.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3–7 years in partner, channel, or alliance marketing, within an enterprise software based ecosystem.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence internal and external stakeholders across teams to develop and execute results-driven partner marketing programs.
  • Independent Program Execution: Demonstrated ability to independently manage and execute partner marketing programs from inception to completion.
  • Program Management: Demonstrated success in managing and implementing partner marketing programs that drive pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Technology: Proficiency in marketing enablement tools and technology
  • Language Skills: English fluency is required. German and/or French language skills are preferred in addition to English
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication abilities with an executive presence, capable of presenting effectively to senior stakeholders.
  • Travel: Position requires 25% travel for partner related meetings and/or conferences
