Overview

We are looking for a Partner Marketing Manager to drive our marketing efforts in collaboration with our channel partner ecosystem, ensuring alignment with field marketing strategies and the objectives of the Channel Partner team.

In Short

• Identify, plan and execute partner focused field marketing activities.
• Develop and direct materials to support channel partners.
• Collaborate to design and execute joint go-to-market campaigns.
• Establish Torq’s first Partner Portal.
• Create and manage promotions and incentive programs.
• Act as the primary marketing liaison for channel partners.
• Track, analyze, and report on partner marketing initiatives.
• Create quarterly partner plans with channel partner managers.

Requirements

• B2B field marketing and/or channel partner experience.
• Expertise in event planning and sponsorships.
• Track record driving business growth.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Self-directed and able to manage multiple projects.
• Creative thinker and problem solver.
• Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 5 years experience.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
