Overview

The Senior Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and executing strategic marketing and communications initiatives for BRG’s Healthcare Advisory practice.

• Develop strategic marketing plans/programs/campaigns
• Manage marketing coordinator(s) and their career development
• Manage relationships with marketing-related vendors
• Utilize marketing technology including CRM and project management tools
• Contribute to social media strategy and presence
• Plan and execute thought leadership and content-based campaigns
• Help manage firm events and sponsorships
• Ensure compliance with data protection/privacy laws
• Provide guidance on mailing and CRM platforms
• Perform advanced data analysis and reporting

Requirements

• 10-12 years of marketing experience
• Ability to lead cross-functional project teams
• Strong digital marketing experience
• Event management expertise
• Experience with CRM platforms
• Excellent project management skills
• Strong communication skills
• Visual presentation skills, especially in PowerPoint
• Expertise in data analysis
• Ability to identify process efficiencies
