In Short

  • Manage the entirety of the paid social performance budget for our largest and foundational product category: Sexual Health.
  • Partner with product managers, product marketers, and editorial teams to identify and address business opportunities.
  • Seamlessly triangulate between MMM, MTA, and Conversion Lift Study readouts to guide your investment strategy.
  • Coach junior talent on your team.
  • Analyze impact, rapidly testing hypotheses and conducting data analysis with a goal of constantly improving the metrics.
  • Collaborate with Creative, Integrated Marketing, Marketing Analytics, and Product Marketing to develop and execute a testing strategy.
  • Manage the creative production roadmap with external performance creative agencies and in-house creative teams.
  • Work closely with our Meta account team, navigating Alphas, Betas, and measurement opportunities.
  • Specialize in applying complex/ambiguous data to surface actionable insights and strategies across the customer journey.
  • Launch new and experimental marketing channels in search of sustainable growth.
  • Lead cross-functional teams on projects to help us grow.
  • Continuously build business relationships across functional teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree preferably with a focus in an analytical field Required.
  • 12+ years of professional experience with evidence of increasing responsibility in e-commerce marketing and owning a budget required.
  • Experience owning an annual performance budget in the 10-figures.
  • Prior public company experience required.
  • Deep experience in marketing measurement.
  • Experience with marketplaces or past consulting experience is a plus.
  • Strategic and tactical experience designing, building, and executing scalable processes from scratch.
  • Exceptional quantitative skills and aptitude.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Creative problem-solver with excitement to work on cross-functional teams and projects.
