Overview

As a Customer Success Manager (CSM) at Huzzle, you’ll be the bridge between the client’s business and their customers - ensuring smooth onboarding, continuous engagement, and measurable success.

Requirements

  • Experience in Customer Success or Account Management roles.
  • Strong understanding of B2B SaaS dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze metrics and data to inform decisions.
  • Proactive approach to relationship management.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with customer onboarding and engagement strategies.
