Sales Development Representative - Remote

Overview

We are hiring ambitious and results-oriented Sales Development Representatives for remote sales jobs within the education and EdTech sector.

In Short

• Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calling, cold emailing, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Identify and qualify schools, universities, training providers, and education-focused organizations.
• Book high-quality meetings for Account Executives and Sales Managers.
• Research key decision-makers (Principals, Heads of Department, HR Directors, L&D Managers).
• Manage pipelines and update CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.).
• Execute multi-touch outreach sequences and follow-ups.
• Meet and exceed KPIs including calls made, emails sent, and meetings booked.
• Collaborate with marketing teams on campaign messaging tailored to the education market.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales development or similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
• Knowledge of the education sector is a plus.
