Overview

We’re seeking a Full-Cycle Account Executive (Marketing) who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. You’ll be responsible for conducting 50–80 outbound calls per day, managing inbound opportunities, running demos, and closing deals with marketing decision-makers.

In Short

  • Manage the entire sales cycle - from lead generation to closing new business.
  • Conduct 50-80 outbound calls daily, complemented by email and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Book and run discovery calls and demos with marketing decision-makers (CMOs, Marketing Directors, etc.).
  • Identify prospect pain points, tailor value propositions, and deliver persuasive pitches.
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms to close deals and hit monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions and pipeline activity in the CRM (HubSpot or Salesforce).
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and SDR teams to ensure smooth lead handoff and maximise conversion rates.
  • Provide feedback from the field to help refine go-to-market strategies.

Requirements

  • Strong closing background in B2B SaaS, digital marketing, or agency sales.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
